Lau urteko lan bateratuaren ostean, 14 erakundez osatutako nazioarteko kontsortzio batek frogatu <strong>du mahats-raspoak, laranja-azalek eta oliba-tortak pentsu jasangarri eta gertuko (KM0) bihur daitezkeela<\/strong>, Mediterraneoko abeltzaintza-sektorean ekonomia zirkularra indartuz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.azti.es\/eu\/\"><strong>AZTI<\/strong><\/a>k koordinatuta, <a href=\"https:\/\/newfeed-prima.eu\/\"><strong>NEWFEED<\/strong><\/a><strong> <\/strong>proiektuak behien eta ardien nahiz hegazti hazkuntzaren elikadurarako osagai lokal berriak garatu eta baliozkotu ditu. Laborategian eta baserrietan egindako proba berritzaileei esker, mahats-raspoaren, laranja-azalaren eta oliba-tortaren <strong>digestagarritasuna eta nutrizio-profila hobetu dira<\/strong>, animalien dietan osagai horiek sartzea ahalbidetuz, osasunari edo produktuen kalitateari kalterik egin gabe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cElikagai-industria azpiproduktuak bigarren mailako pentsu gisa erabiltzeak abeltzaintza-ekoizpena jasangarriago bihurtuko du, Mediterraneoan haragi, esne eta arrautza eskari gero eta handiagoari erantzuteko gai izango den sistema batean\u201d, nabarmendu du David San Martinek, AZTIko elikadura-jasangarritasuneko adituak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"800\" height=\"533\" src=\"https:\/\/www.azti.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/economia-circular-sector-agroganadero.jpg\" alt=\"economia-circular-sector-agroganadero\" class=\"wp-image-42560\" srcset=\"https:\/\/old.azti.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/economia-circular-sector-agroganadero.jpg 800w, https:\/\/old.azti.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/economia-circular-sector-agroganadero-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/old.azti.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/economia-circular-sector-agroganadero-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/old.azti.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/economia-circular-sector-agroganadero-450x300.jpg 450w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2><strong>Hiru balio-kate zirkular<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Kontsortzioak elikagai-enpresekin eta ikerketa-zentroekin lan egin du, hondakin- eta baliabide-kudeaketako kostuak murriztu ditzaketen eta produktu berritzaileetarako atea ireki dezaketen hiru balio-kate frogatzeko: pentsu aberastuak, osagarri funtzionalak edo bestelako pentsu jasangarriak. NEWFEEDen negozio-aukeren garapena Mediterraneoko hiru eskualdetan egin da: Espainia, Grezia eta Egipto. Espainian, AZTIk koordinatu du lana, eta NEIKER zentro teknologikoak, RIERA NADEU teknologi hornitzaileak eta Bodegas Baigorrik parte hartu dute, mahats-raspoa ardien eta esne-behiaren elikaduran sartzeko baliozkotzean. Grezian, laranja-azala ardien elikadurarako proteina bihurtzea izan da ardatza. Egipton, oliba-torta gizentze oilaskoen pentsu bihurtu da.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cTestuinguru bakoitzak baldintza tekniko, ekonomiko eta arautzaile desberdinak ditu; beraz, etorkizunean eredu horiek ezartzeko arrakastak tokiko gaitasunetara egokitzea, eragile giltzarrietan lankidetza bultzatzea eta erabakiak hartzea errazten duten tresnak edukitzea eskatuko du, hala nola gida metodologikoak edo plataforma digitalak\u201d, azaldu du AZTIko adituak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Europar Batasuneko <strong>PRIMA programaren<\/strong> bidez 2 milioi eurotik gorako finantzaketa jaso duen ekimenak 14 bazkide izan ditu Mediterraneoko lau herrialdetatik.
