Gobernu ona<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Berdintasuna bere politika eta prozedura guztietan txertatuko duen antolaketa-kultura sustatzen dugu. Horren barruan sartzen da Compliance tresnak inplementatzea, berdintasunari buruzko prestakuntza ematea eta gure konpromisoa plantilla osoari jakinaraztea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3>2. Pertsonen kudeaketa<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Neurri zehatzetan lan egiten dugu, hautaketan, sustapenean eta ordainsarian ekitatea bermatzeko, bai eta lana eta bizitza pertsonala erantzukidetasunez uztartzeko ere. Erantzukizun postuetan jazarpenaren prebentzioa eta genero arrakalak ezabatzea ere indartzen dugu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3>3. Gizartean duen eragina<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>AZTIk zeregin aktiboa du sektore zientifiko eta teknologikoan berdintasuna sustatzeko. Konpromisoa hartzen dugu gure ikerketa proiektuetan genero ikuspegia txertatzeko, emakumeek zientzian parte hartzea sustatzeko eta berdintasunean espezializatutako sare eta foroekin lankidetzan aritzeko.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Jarraipena_eta_ebaluazioa_benetako_konpromisoa\"><\/span>Jarraipena eta ebaluazioa: benetako konpromisoa<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Planaren arrakasta bermatzeko, Jarraipen eta Ebaluazio Batzorde bat sortu dugu, plana behar bezala ezartzen dela zaintzeko. Gainera, neurketa eta doikuntza tresna espezifikoak ditugu gure ekintzak etengabe hobetzeko.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>AZTIn, uste dugu berdintasuna funtsezkoa dela berrikuntzarako eta aurrerapenerako. Berdintasunerako II.
