draw up a protocol for the eco-design of future products.<\/li><li>To promote the use of methodologies for the design and manufacture of foodstuffs with environmentally responsible criteria.<\/li><li>To raise consumer awareness of eco-designed products.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2>Expected Results <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><strong>Environmental analysis<\/strong>: Identification of the sources of environmental impact of dairy products;\nObservation of Life cycle analysis of 5 significant dairy products<\/li><li><strong>Ecodesign<\/strong>: Ecodesign\nsoftware linked to the main ERP tolos; 5.000 units of an ecodesigned dairy\nproduct with less environmental impact; Ecodesign guide of new dairy products<\/li><li><strong>Consumers<\/strong>: Identification\nof green or responsible purchasing claims throug online surveys; Study of\nconsumers behaviour towards ecodesign&nbsp;through focus groups; Education and sensitization\ncampaign targeted towards
