class=\"wp-block-azti-two-columns-content\">\n<h2>Objective<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The present project consists of the validation of an <strong>innovative consumer research laboratory, whose final objective is that the consumer is the origin of the generation of new products and experiences of purchase and consumption<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This is a <strong>pioneering national infrastructure<\/strong> for researching consumer behaviour that will help us to generate and transfer the knowledge required to develop the food products of the future and that does not exist today in any of the laboratories of the Basque Science and Technology Network.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n    <\/div>\n    <div class=\"two-columns-content-right\">\n        <div class=\"related-members\">\n
