This consumer-centric initiative, as citizens drive trends, will initially be held in 2 European cities in 2019: <strong>Bilbao and Leuven.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>A trends parade<\/strong> where pop-up showrooms around the city will empower society to contribute to participatory trend research, evoke new behaviors, <strong>&#8220;touch, feel and taste&#8221; innovation,<\/strong> strengthen connections to EIT Food and its partners&#8230;and how all impact citizen\u00b4s lives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;This will lead to a reference <strong>EATrends Observatory <\/strong>(around food) in a global coverage.
