Ultimately we want to help consumers shift to new behaviour\npatterns in their food consumption by giving information and adding\ninteractive, educational gamification elements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To\nachieve this, we are developing a data platform and software to calculate the\nfootprint, test diet improvement scenarios and link diets&#8217; environmental impact\nto nutritional impact. The product categories dairy and meat are proof of\nconcept of the solution within the 2018 call. In the call 2019 we will extent\nthe software to all categories of the food basket, show impact of the dietary\npattern and add interactive, informative and gamification elements to the\nconsumer
