A comprehensive view and analysis of the possibilities of the multiple existing <a href=\"https:\/\/www.azti.es\/en\/research-areas\/efficient-and-sustainable-food-chain\/foodby-products\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">valorisation options <\/a>for the fish species and their parts is given.<br>Then, a methodology for the selection of the most suitable valorisation option that can be adapted to any specific geographical scenario is proposed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n<div class=\"link-list\">\n    \n<a
