Among other aspects, the agreement plans to delve deeper into the <strong>sustainability<\/strong> and <strong>digitalisation<\/strong> of bluefin tuna production processes, the quality of the final product, and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.azti.es\/en\/azti-has-developed-a-genetic-method-to-identify-the-origin-of-bluefin-tuna-specimens-to-improve-the-management-and-promoting-the-conservation-of-the-species\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">authentication and traceability<\/a>, points in which Balfeg\u00f3 has been a pioneer in the fishing sector.
