class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Addressing consumer needs through healthy products<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We address food-related health needs through the research and development of&nbsp;<strong>new nutritionally-balanced formulations<\/strong>&nbsp;(food and\/or nutritional supplements) based on nutritional requirements, as well as the application of&nbsp;<strong>new ingredients with an impact on health&nbsp;<\/strong>which can be declared on the label in compliance with EU regulations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We improve food using&nbsp;<strong>new technologies<\/strong>&nbsp;which cause lower impact on nutritional properties and molecules of health interest which are naturally present in food.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n<div class=\"link-list\">\n    \n<a  href=\"https:\/\/www.azti.es\/en\/contexts\/healthy-food\/\" \n    class=\"button button-filled \"\n    target=\"_blank\"\n    data-form-id=\"\"\n        >\n        SERVICES, PRODUCTS AND PROJECTS ON pleasure<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Innovating with products to suit consumers\u2019 usage needs, consumption and emotions<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>An AZTI inter-disciplinary group is working to\u00a0<strong>innovate in new products\u00a0<\/strong>that enable consumers to personalise their diets, to cover specific nutritional requirements and preferences and awareness of a healthy lifestyle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We develop&nbsp;<strong>new products aimed at meeting market demands<\/strong>, such as convenience, comfort, quality, ethics and environmental awareness, focusing on the consumer and adapting them to consumer needs (well-being, sports, consumption time, etc.).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We innovate in&nbsp;<strong>products with the appropriate formulations and portions, improved sensory properties<\/strong>, textures, colours, flavours, use applications, and we also work from the gastronomic point of view.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The orientation of the products we develop&nbsp;<strong>is adapted to industrial production<\/strong>, and therefore we take into account factors such as sustainability, eco-design and orientation to the sales channel and market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n<div class=\"link-list\">\n    \n<a  href=\"https:\/\/www.azti.es\/en\/contexts\/convenience-sustainability-and-pleasure\/\"
