nutritional requirements, convenience, comfort, quality, ethics and environmental concern and market competitiveness.<\/li><li>The <strong>manufacturing processes<\/strong>, <strong>processing <\/strong>and <strong>preservation technologies<\/strong> to develop products and improve the efficiency of processes from the technological point of view.<\/li><li>The <strong>validation of new technologies<\/strong> in the food sector.<\/li><li>The characterisation of the technological functionality of <strong>new components and ingredients<\/strong>.<\/li><li>The design of <strong>digital
